• A huge library of modules for customization
• Multiple user accounts and security access levels can be created
• Open source - free and cost effective to maintain
• A workable CMS when starting small but want to add on features as your content expands
• Allows you to create more than one web site with a single install
• Has multilingual capabilities built into the core
  

CONS

• Learning curve can be a challenge
• Must have a plan for ongoing maintenance/backups/upgrades
• Not as easy to theme as Joomla or Wordpress
